I've only used it once and it didn't go so well, I had to be careful as the plastic part that inserts into the serum is flimsy and I couldn't get the serum to flow

The only reason I rated at 2 is because of comfort while wearing.
The mask needs to be tight on face to stop light in eyes.
It becomes sore and leaves very strong indents.
It is my first time using system. I found that the serum did not come out of jar through micro needles well at all….it was not coming through consistently. So after using needles on face I just kept smothering the serum into my face, neck and décolleté.
I hope that it will still work and I will see results after consistent usage
I am not a fan of the roller needles. I would have preferred stamp needles. Haven't seen much improvement in my chin & lip wrinkles.
This device runs out of charge very quickly if used the appropriate amount.
