How to swap your free gifts
Three taps. Here's exactly what you'll see.
Log in to your account
Tap "Manage my subscription" and enter your email. We'll send you a one-time code.
Tap "View details"
On your active subscription, tap "View details" to open it.

Pick your new free gifts and save. They ship in your next box.
Your free gifts are easy to spot: they show at $0.00 with the original price crossed out. Everything else in the list is your paid refill.

Common questions
How do I swap my free gifts?
Log in, tap "View details" on your subscription, then "Swap products" to pick new gifts. Do it any time before your next order date.
How many free gifts do I get?
One for each product you subscribe to. Subscribe to 1 product and you get 1 free gift; subscribe to 2 and you get 2 free gifts in every box.
When will I be charged?
On your upcoming order date, shown at the top of your subscription. We email you a reminder before it goes out.
Can I skip or reschedule a delivery?
Yes. Open your subscription with "View details", then tap "Skip" or "Reschedule" next to your upcoming order.
Can I change my refill products?
Yes. Use "Swap products" on your subscription to change your refills as well as your gifts.
How do I update my card or address?
Open your subscription with "View details", then tap the pencil icon next to Payment details or Shipping address.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes, any time. You'll find it under "More actions" on your subscription page.
